Expanded Walkway Mesh
Expanded walkways “Gridwalk” are a robust, durable slip resistant metal flooring, engineered for safe reliable access in quarrying, mining, industrial and commercial environments. Made from mild steel or aluminium, and manufactured by cutting and stretching a single sheet of metal, it forms a rigid, open grid that offers excellent strength without added weight. The raised strands provide natural traction underfoot, while the open design allows for drainage of water, dirt, and debris—helping maintain safer conditions in all weather. Ideal for platforms, catwalks, and access ramps. Expanded metal walkways combine low maintenance, long service life, and a practical, industrial look.
Easily installed with removable clips or welded directly, Gridwalk meets AS1657 standards with its WK2519 profile, preventing the fall of small objects.
