Customer Collection

Meshstore offers you the option of picking up your goods or simply allow us to organise the collection of your goods by including the name of your freight provider and your account code in the order notes.
Before you choose this option there are a few things you need to consider:

Fulfillment Time

See Branch finder page for order collection timeframes– In stock items only.
You will receive a call/email when your order is ready to collect.

Do not come to site unless you have received a call or email stating that your goods are ready to collect

Opening Hours

Collections are available Monday to Friday. See the branch finder page for your sites opening hours

Vehicle

Please make sure you have an appropriate vehicle and can adequately restrain your load. See vehicle and load restraint for further information.

Your Safety

We need you to wear closed toe shoes and a hi-vis top (loan vests available) and follow all staff directions and signage when you arrive.
